WELCOME TO THE 50TH ANNUAL SEASON OF CITY OF CHAMPIONS

I am your favorite, and handsome, host. This season's trainees will report to the Training Grounds by midnight to be assigned to a mentor. Mutants will receive their first round of genetic suppressants, because it wouldn't be much fun if you killed each other before the real games began.
